Getting your indicators

Get the links, star them on TradingView, add them from Favorites. Five minutes, once.

The TQE indicators are TradingView scripts, and you add each one by starring its link. There is no username to enter and nothing to claim in Whop. That is the whole setup: get the links, star them, add them from Favorites.

1 · Get your indicator links

Free indicators: go to tqe.fifitrades.com, pick the ones you want, and we email you the TradingView links. You can also grab them any time in the indicators channel of the free Discord. Free, no card.

Paid members: your paid indicator access is being updated. Watch the Discord for the next steps before you change anything.

2 · Star them on TradingView

Open each link while logged into TradingView and press the star (Add to favorites) under the script. Do this for every indicator you want. Starring is what puts it in your list, so it is the step people most often skip.

3 · Add them from Favorites

  1. Open any chart on TradingView
  2. Click Indicators in the top toolbar
  3. Choose Favorites in the left panel
  4. Click an indicator to add it to the chart

Each one loads with its default settings, which are the intended configuration. Start there before changing anything — the defaults on every TQE indicator are tuned as a set.

4 · If an indicator doesn’t show up

Check it is starred. Open the link again and make sure the star is filled. Then look under Indicators → Favorites.

Fully quit TradingView and reopen it. Not a page refresh — close the tab or the app completely and start it again. TradingView caches your list at the start of a session, so a fresh star can be invisible until you restart.

Still nothing? Make sure you are logged into the same TradingView account you starred it on, then ask in the Discord.

5 · Save it to a layout

Adding an indicator only applies it to the chart in front of you. To keep it, save the chart layout: the layout name in the top right → Save. Give it a name you’ll recognise, and it will load with every indicator in place.

Most people end up with two or three layouts — a daily swing layout, an intraday execution layout — rather than one chart they keep rearranging. Thestacks page is a reasonable blueprint for what goes on each.

6 · Set up alerts

  1. Right-click the chart and choose Add alert
  2. Set Condition to the indicator’s name
  3. Pick the specific alert condition from the second dropdown
  4. Choose how you want to be notified, then Create

Never choose “Any alert() function call.” Every TQE indicator publishes named conditions — pick the specific one you want. That generic option is the most common reason a TQE alert behaves strangely.

Check the frequency setting. Alerts that describe a state rather than an event — price sitting at a level, a score holding above a threshold — will fire on every bar if you leave it on Once Per Bar. Once Per Bar Close is almost always the setting you want. Each indicator’s guide says which of its alerts this matters for.

7 · If it’s added but nothing draws

Three things account for nearly every case:

Wrong timeframe. Several indicators only draw on specific timeframes — the daily qualifier renders nothing on intraday charts, and the intraday dashboard renders nothing on a daily. That’s by design, not a fault. Check the indicator’s guide first.

Extended hours are off. Anything that reads premarket levels needs extended hours enabled in your chart settings, or those rows come back blank or wrong.

Not enough history. A 200-day average needs 200 daily bars. Recently listed tickers are missing the longer calculations until they have the data.

Still nothing? Check the eye icon next to the indicator name in the chart legend — hidden looks identical to broken.
